I want to watch some Troma team movies and some MST3K. I haven't seen either in a LONG time and I'm in the mood.

ANYWAYS, I'm going back to the beach with Brett and Zack today. It's supposed to be freezing so it might be interesting. It's mostly a photo trip anyways. I'll be interested in getting some pictures when it's a bit more sunny and when I'm actually prepared to hike the cliffs and jump around the tide pools. I'll be armed with my Canon, Polaroid and Holga. So we'll see how everything comes out.These photos are from the last time I went with Anees and Brett.

VEGAS this weekend! It's the mom's 43rd birthday. We're going to see Elton John (which REALLY excites me for some reason) and have a scheduled tour of the sign graveyard. I anticipate that the sign graveyard is going to give me a lot of photographic fun. To top it all off we're staying at the Trump Towers! Mom is kind of bummed it doesn't have a casino in it, but it's GORGEOUS! They have a huge pool on the roof and every room is like a miniature apartment. It's going to be so amazing. I'm hoping we get a view of the Strip and not the mountains, but I'm not going to complain either way.

My summer concert calendar is finally starting to fill. I have Elton John this weekend, Staind in May, Incubus in July, and No Doubt and Warped Tour in August. More photo fun!

My grandfather gave me his 1950s Schwinn Cruiser about two years ago and I absolutely love it. I felt like it was in need of an update so I ran my thought of painting it by him and he wasn't too happy about that. So my mom decided to give me her 1970s Schwinn Cruiser and told me I can do with it whatever I please. It's just been collecting dust and possibly some rust in my grandma's garage anyway. So I went to Home Depot and got some wet-sand sandpaper and four cans of spray paint in various colors. Anees has decided he's going to redo his own bike as well so in the very near future I'm going to be taking apart the lovely 70s Schwinn and revamping it. I'll keep a Flickr set showing the progress and changes. It's currently a goldenrod color. I bought Aqua, Jade, Grape and Key Lime spray paint. What color should I paint it?

I'm going to a Renaissance Faire on Mother's Day. My grandma really wanted to go to one and her wish is our command. I'm pretty excited for it because I've never been to one and I'm somewhat of a dork. But I'm not looking forward to the heat and lack of real toilets. I'm a bit of a wimp in those aspects. But I'm hoping we're all going to have a great time.
